What is going on?
This stock was a rock for 3 months, barely moved. Now all this downward pressure on the SP just before what is supposed to be a possitive quarterly earning update. Getting a little concerned somebody knows what is coming. Doesn't make sense.

A time frame for the earnings announcement would be nice... it should be another solid quarter.

It's not real downward pressure. You notice every time it stoops into the low/mid .30's, it almost immediately springs right back. I think someone wants to shake you out before it heads up to new highs next quarter.

Based on my our DD back to December, I bought GDNP.v DM.v SPOT.v, GDNP.v and DM.v has doubled so far. I didn't expect SPOT.v would double, but I hoped it will have ATH.

I believe GoldSpot is misunderstood by the market as a gold mining company when in fact Golsspot is a technology company with a revenue producing flow of royalties.

Well said, although with the acquisition of a Golden Planet they are also a gold mining company.

I stated in an earlier post. Due to the merger in dec, PR states earnings will be released in March / April the latest
