Looks like Ayoub and Lorenzo will have to resort to trading the stock between themselves now that the stock is halted.

If there ever were a list of management teams that should just resign, Spot's managment would be at the top of the list.

Just dropped in here to check the SP. I know this is beating a dead horse - these guys should have never been runnnig a public company. Best of luck to the shareholers and employees.

Where do people like John Lorenzo and James Rogers come from?  I lost a ton of money on CVR, a little on SPP and don't even get me started on the loss on Global UAV.  These guys should not be allowed to run a public company. Neither one has any interest in keeping shareholders informed or making sure the companies they run stay good in the public eye. They have no issue draining ...more
