Trading at a extremely discount

Trading at a extremely discountBased on the financial report, at the end of March 2017, SQG has about $23 million cash equivalents and short term investments while it has no any liabilities or debts. Given 149 million of total share outstanding, the cash price per share is $0.15. However, the current market share price is only $0.04 and the marketcap is just little more than $5 million. For what these guys have going on and what they setup on more than just one front, I am completely and utterly flabbergasted at this marketcap. I personally expect the extremely undervalued price could likely jump up to reflect its true value of $0.15.  This is only my opinion, not financial advice.
