Insiders buy more this week. Easy 3X with warrants at .10With a market Cap of 1.67million. With the Covette Property right beside Commerce Resources property. Commerce has a market cap of 20Million and trading at new lows. They have proven resources and we are adjacent to this land with a market cap of 1.67.
Only 31Million shares out and Insiders hold over 16 million of them. 57% inside ownership here folks! This company could easily be vallued at 50% of commerce giving them a 5m to 10M market. 10 million market cap would on Saville would be a share price of more then 5X the current share price. IMHO anything under .12 should be scouped up like the insiders are doing!
This is my TOP PICK FOR 2018 and we could easily see a 5x. Drill program should be announced this month?
