What am I missing...

Positive EPS,  a clean balance sheet, price to book less than 1.  Been watching since the IPO and was concerned about the business they were in but they've got a proven model.  Time to jump in I think.

Last results are fine ,but no growth for this company ,no liquidity for market and if they don't buy real estate and no plan for growth, they should pay distribution ( common for REIT)
