Hi Lee, Thank you for your previous replies to my email. Here are some more questions for you.

1, When are we expecting the final certification of Gen3, 4 contracts and VRB IPO? Are all those 3 tings related? First you need the certification, then sign contracts, finally, do the IPO?

2, When can we expect the assays results of 5000 meters drilling by Eldorado ?

3, the results of Sparton drilling?

Mingzhu, Thanks for sharing those very encouraging answers from Spartons Lee Barker! The answers in question 1 gives several big triggers for Sparton! Certification of GEN3 and new contracts may come anytime. 'When Friedlands Ivanhoe Electric make IPO we know its time for VRB Energy IPO. I interpret the answer in 1 that they belive that VRB Energy will have a higher valuation later

you are welcome. The trigger is the certification because all new big contracts depend on it, new valuation depend on the new contracts. Assuming 4 much-talked 4 contracts for Gen3 are worth $1b revenue, VRB IPO may be valued as $5B, SRI owned 9% of $5b  is $450m. That is called train reaction started by the certification. I expect SRI will fly on the certification.

Mingzhu, I hope you are correct! Then Spartons share of VRB will be a 28-bagger! I would settle for a 10-bagger :-)

The confirmed certification of VRB Energys Gen3 VRB-ESS® will be the big kick off for new sales and also the support from BCPG.  The US$24 million investment by BCPG in VRB Energy is discussed as i shows part of the value of VRB Energy. Not so much discussed is the support that VRB also will get from BCPG as soon as the GEN3 system is certified. As soon as we get the certification
