calculation of Bruell intrinsic value
Here is my calculation of Bruell intrinsic value based on Lee Barker's info
25% $1.8m with 4 year adjustment of 16.5% CPI since 2019(according to OpenAI calculation)=$2.088m
$2.5m for 1% NSR , with 2%= $5m
in case of no cost living adjustment for NSR: 2.088+5m= $7.088m
If it has, 5m*16.5% CPI+5m=5.825 + 2.088=7.9133m
SRI market cap Mis 6.54M at present. Brucell intrinsic value alone is worth more than the whole company.
