You are wrong. They are more like 18months behind haha, and have blamed it completely on the acquisition of TEC back in July 2018.

I recieved this reply to my inquiry today: Our CFO is working with the auditors to get them completed. I hope to get another update this week. I was told we are close but until they are filed they are not complete.    Once filed we will make application to resume trading .    Thanks and feel free to call anytime  Regards,

I completely feel your frustration on poor management, but I truly feel the concept and the product have a proven endgame. Especially in an era of limiting energy consumption, and that once the numbers do come out, they will support a nice bump in valuation and therefore share price.
