It's a tad complicated with a few moving parts. It's hard to know the intent of all parties involved. Are both sides and their advocates "reasonable"? If so, that will go a long way in the right direction to get this done and done correctly. A deal, when it comes, will be welcome news as long as they don't have to "give away the shop" so to speak. But in the end, reasonable people will strike a reasonable deal. Let's face it, the one thing you can count on here is that everyone wants to make a pile of money!! That'll get It done! So yes, reassuring and positive news! Pino is alive!!! "It's aliiiiive"! Shares may not be a steal like they are now for much longer.
