There were 1 mil shares sold feb 1 at .09 and .10 after exercising options at .05 . Let's see what happened yesterday.

Those 0.05 options being sold bring cash to the company right? At least that is a positive, and I would bet that 0.06 is pretty safe as an entry point. just not good for those who bought at 0.10 and 0.09.

The last tranche of a placement is still open (about to close soon), most likely he sold the warranted shares to buy into the placement.
