That is roughly three times based on your numbers. If a silver miner is making a profit of 10% on the $19. price or $1.90, his profit increases $19. And plus his original 1.90 or now a profit of $20.90 on the silver price of $38.00. So the price of the stock based on these numbers should increase ten times from .45 to 4.50 a share. Same increase as the profit.
