can someone explain to me how it is I bought 30000 shares at 19 cents today at 11 am an yet it says at 12 that 300 shares have been traded at .185 cents ???

Simple, not all prices are synced to real time.  Give it a day and check the hisorical price ranges and trading volumes, they should be correct.

OK , but there is more to it because at the end of the day the price never got up to 19 cents ... it stayed at 185 cents an I checked all the buys an sells no 19 cent buy or sell ...

Well, maybe this is a good news bad news scenario: Bad news, you overpaid $150 on your 30,000 shares. Good news, when we are trading near all-time highs (over $2 a share) at some point after the metals go ballistic, a half-penny per share won't mean anything in the grand scheme of things! SSV and DSV are the two best silver juniors to own in my opinion.  This is a good place to be

Perhaps you were only looking at Vancouver trading. Do not forget the other alternative markets like  omega or chi_x.  Sometimes most trading happens there. On your report of execution your broker should mention the trading venue.
