The timing of SSVR's private placement aligns well with the macro environment trending toward a more positive outlook - The PP os for gross proceeds of $10M with up to 12,500,000 units available at a price of $0.80 per unit, each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, exercisable at a price of $1.20/share.

 

SSVR has come a long way in its less than 3 years since inception, having advanced both of its landmark American high-grade silver projects and the net proceeds of this pp will be used for further exploration work.
