SSVR closes $10M PP w/ Sprott subscribing for $3M

SSVR has closed its brokered private placement offering for aggregate gross proceeds of $10.3M, placing SVR in a strong position to start 2023 as the fundamentals for silver are strong and increasingly bolstered by the expected increase in demand from the solar and EV sectors!

 

Notably, Eric Sprott was a lead subscriber for $3M and he now beneficially owns  ~18.5% on a non-diluted basis and 23.9% on a fully diluted basis. Sprott acquired these securities for investment purposes as he has a long-term view of SSVR and may acquire additional securities.
