It may come to that. I probably will need shareholder backing if management remains intransigent. The difficulty for management is weak awareness of industry standards. Cranes heart is in the right place. But in this market the company needs proven experience. AgIn though mines are made not found. In the final analysis it is the people invoved that count. Credibility is the key.
