Even with the high dilution this company has to be a decent buy at 10 cents.  Lots of news to flow from this company (most will be positive I would think) over the next few months.  The only thing that makes me nervous here is that the company's fate is tied to GTA in a lot of respects (i.e. if GTA round 2 results don't meet the market expectations, then STK will fall - no matter what they have on the go).  Bright side of course, is they climb to some degree (not proportionate to GTA though) on good news.  They will have good news to release on their own, from Schreiber later, but I don't see too many releases from Newbury on Schreiber that will make headlines until late May.  Assay labs are starting to get busy.
