Gibson historically likes to deal with distressed assets and is on record as wanting to 'save' the junior mining space. He is involved with three companies which are in trouble, I assume KER/SGR/BGM. They all have a Sprott affiliation. LSG is the only money making operation of the bunch and could provide some funding for the other three. At least Makuch is paying off his debts. And as 'healthy' as you think your position is as well as the other 5 MM share positions, you are still likely short of blocking a proposal.
