Overhang...to be Sure!In September 2020 Star Royalties raised "seed" money namely
a non-brokered private placement...120,890,400 shares @ $.1250 for proceeds of $15,111,300.
Just recently an Initial Public Offering...34,286,000 shares @ $.70 for proceeds of $24,000,000.
It is now clear to my why the stock has been coming under pressure..quite the profit if one participated in the placement in September, 2020.
More then likely the overhang may remain in place for some time into the future...I will stay on the sidelines for the time being...see how this plays out and determine how much support they truly have.
P.S. I did check on Sedi.ca and I can tell you one thing for sure and
a good sign indeed is that Executive Chairman Anthony Lesiak has been in the public market buying up a significant amount
of shares in the fifties.
