Bobby G is locked for a year on his 2.5 million share private placement. In other words, end of March 2016.

The hold period is 1 year for non residents and U.S. Residents versus 4 months for Canadians.

Moreover he is a personal friend and has no need of money requiring a sale nor any interest at theses prices.

Call the company and they will confirm the one year hold.

Call Bobby and he will confirm that he will not sell at under 30 cents.

The company also has a normal course issuer bid and record earnings.
