RE: Insider buy-vote of confidence

RE: Insider buy-vote of confidence

Got my docs today.... Interesting  as  you mentioned  vote  of  confidence   via insider  buys.

Now  take a  look  at the   information circular....  Note the  salary of the   managment... For a  company  this  small  to have this  kind of  salaries  is  ... excessive in  my  view.

STT  is  like  a  private  company  in that  the  main principales  take  a  very  large  portion of the  profit,   thats  ok if you are  private...

I just think  that  salaries  more  in line  with share prefomance are  necessary  untill the  driving  force is  to  have shareholders  make a return on  investment.... IE   options   in the  .25  range  !

Managment  and  director  salaries, retainers, car  allowances and   fees amount to 50% of the  market cap of the  company.... If they  want it to be a  public  company then  there  should be  more  emphasis  on  driving shareholder  value.

If they want a  private  company,  then they  should  buy up all the  shares  and  go private... JMHO
