STT ENVIRO CORP. ANNOUNCES DEPARTURE OF STT TANKS & INDUSTRIAL EXECUTIVE GROUP PRESIDENT

STT Enviro Corp.'s Calin Sarban and the company have mutually agreed for him to step down from his position as group executive president of the STT Tanks & Industrial division, effective immediately. Mr. Sarban will provide consulting advice to the company for a transition period.

As a result of Mr. Sarban's departure, the company will make some changes to its organizational reporting structure. At the senior level, the Tanks & Industrial group operations will report directly to Ali Abbas, executive group vice-president, while the Tanks & Industrial sales group will report directly to David Deacon, chief executive officer.

Mr. Deacon said: "We wish Mr. Sarban the very best in his future endeavours, and greatly appreciate his contribution to the company during the past three years. Calin has shown great drive and tenacity and we are sure he will do well in his next enterprise."
