Adastra - Has NO Licence and building not complete... Sugr has many major steps to become operational not to mention $$$funding issues.
Adastra has NO licence and building is still under renovation and hasn't submitted their evidence packageto HC for approval.
Sugr agreement with them Adastra, IMO is premature and will depend on many many factors...this recent news release is just hype people. May 10th, 2019 – Adastra Labs Holdings Ltd. (“Adastra” or the “Company”) announces receipt of Health Canada endorsement of its licence application. Adastra CEO Andy Hale stated, “In the wake of the recent change to Health Canada ‘s licencing policy, Adastra is pleased to announce we received a report from Health Canada that our cannabis standard processing licence application had no critical concerns and we should submit our evidence package as soon as we are complete with our renovation.”
In early May, Health Canada changed its licence application review policy to require all facilities to be completely built-out prior to their detailed review of licence applications for all classes of licence. This policy change is apparently designed to allow Health Canada to focus its limited resources on the more limited number of applicants who are able to get to this advanced stage. “We believe this new policy change puts Adastra in a great position, with our licence applications in front of Health Canada since mid-October 2018 and our security clearances well-underway. Adastra will be able to be fully renovated by early Q4 2019 pending re-zoning of which we are extremely confident will be successful,” continued Hale.
