RE:RE:where is the SP once sales license issued? The warrant gives you the right to purchase a share for the striking price of the warrant, but you also give up the warrant when you exercise it. No one is going to exercise them until the sp hits over .20. And the company doesn't benefit from them being excersised anyway. They raised money from the warrants when they issued them. And the total is already included in the shares outstanding.
