Think of a union construction site. If you have 2 people standing around for every one person working and then you double the number of employees, what do you get. You get 5 people standing around for every one person working. Lol. Either way license should be one of the next three fridays. It would be hilarious if pumperhunter ends up being right and it's next Friday the 17th.
