Years behind the competition, bad enough, but now factor in government scumlords mobilizing to crawl all up in it -to squeeze out the profitablilty until the last nickel rolls out the door.
BTW- I believe that is why you don't have a licence. Because the various levels of governement takers haven't physically set up shop in and around the building yet.
Once that process is complete -then MAAAAAYYBBEEEEE you can have a sh!tty licence.
We'll see what's left after multiple levels of politicians run those pockets.
