USA!

USA!House Judiciary Committee has passed legislation that would decriminalize MJ at the FEDERAL level in the US!  If passed in the house, it would pave the way for individual states to govern themselves over legalizing MJ at the state level.  

Who hoo!  Open the border for MJ! Gonna happen sooner regathering than later, imo.  Great news!
