A better way to play it: sell your shares for .05, buy the debentures and convert them to shares at .05, pocket the 36% interest they give you for cashing in early, and keep the free warrants for a rainy day. As I said earlier, a very bad dilutive deal for any shareholder who is unable to get in line quick enough, but I bet the package is already spoken for.
