10 year chart I was looking at a 10 year chart of SUP and noticed that the portion of the chart covering the 2 years period from 2007 to 2009, are very similar to the last two years. There was a spike in the first half of 2007 and a similar pattern in 2011. That was followed by a smaller spike in early 2008 and a matching pattern in 2012. Both these patterns were followed with a steady plunge for the remainder of the year. If the two portions of the chart continue to mirror each other than we are looking for the SP to bottom in about 12 weeks followed by two years of steady gains.
Nothing to say that this will happen, but the two portions of the SUP chart do look very similar.
