RE:RE:RE:5 million restricted shares to management etcYeah, you're right, "shareholders do not benefit unless sp rises"... that's the case with any stock. If you click on the "Insiders" tab above you'll see that they are at .34 cents, and the press release has some details about how they vest. Definitely more info from the company is needed. Some of the people are directors, some are executives. The executives have salaries, but plain old stand alone directors do not. This is good because they packed their board with a bunch of really good technical and business people, but they're not handing out cash to their cronies just for being a name on the board.
