The Company’s projects include Sanutura Project, Karankasso Project and Koumandara Project. The Sanutura Project is located approximately 350 kilometers (km) southwest of Ouagadougou. Its 100% owned Sanutura and Koumandara Projects cover approximately 2,000 km2 of prospective and geologically greenstone terrane. The southern Sanutura Project area covers approximately 1,454 square kilometers of prospective greenstone terrane. The Karankasso Project is situated 130 km southwest of Endeavour Mining’s Mana Mine, Fortuna Silver’s Yaramoko Mine and approximately 60 km south of Endeavour Mining’s Hounde Mine. The Koumandara Project covers approximately 600 km2 and is situated in the northern Banfora Greenstone Belt, approximately 80 km west of Sarama’s Sanutura Project.

The fact that the properties are near several other mines in proximity to SWA (lower cost to bring ito production) and that there is unexplored land would argue for pehaps an even a higher take-out price per oz/sh. 

It seems that the majors and quasi majors, are still being cautious about taking on new projects, in favour of reducing their debt, or building cash reserves, and or increasing dividends to attract new investors. 

As gold continues to rise, and the cash coffers fill up, I think this changes, making an acquisition of SWA inevitable.

I was patient on Cardinal and Savary and they finally happend.

Waiting on ORE, Hummingbird and SWA.
