What is going on with this stock???

With QE3 and gold price thru the roof, how come this stock is not going up? It has been losing ground for a while now..

My sentiments and others Im sure exactly.  Level II just not showing much support. 10 mil low grade but lucrative  OZ should be in demand especially with gold moving higher.  Insider support??
