Very quiet here on this 80% MOVE today. . another cash rich one proves there is still hope for beaten up cash rich resource stocks.

WHY IS THE SP STUCK AT AROUND $0.16 WHEN OFFER IS VALUED AT $0.23 -- THANKS -- Based on the Wednesday closing price for NovaCopper, the offer is worth 22.8 cents Cdn -- ALSO NCQSHDRS DON'T SEEM TO LIKE THE DEAL.

appears that way but expect some are playing their cards close. We will see what the end Of the day shows on e they realize the cash infusion they are getting compared to a little dilution.

4.63 million ounces +6million ounces(inferred) +copper Nov 2014 cash 21.5million cash. All share deal. Not exactly a premium.

Should be trading at 21 cents with NCQ at 68 cents.

Now the takeover is done with, all they have to do is get rid of the deadwood and make plans like Roxygold ROG. and start a mine. Can't see much happening except more drilling and try to increase the ounces which could take a few more months,anyone?
