This stock has done well but ever since Teck took over it, the stock dropped from $1.30 all the way to its current price. What is going on with this stock?

I think you are right, this company is on life support.. They still have enough money to last until 2016, maybe 2017, but bear market can last dozen of years. At the very least, they have a smart CEO who really seems to want the company to succeed. In the same situation, many of them would stay full time with absurb salary until the cash run dry. I have it on my watch list, but mainly as a low
