RE: Upcoming ProgramAfter reading this plus other comments by mooreman earlier, there's plenty of reason for optimism, once again as we approach Silverjack.
Last winter, of the 20 holes drilled, 16 hit high grades of silver-zinc-copper-lead mineralization. The highest grades encountered in the program were quite economic values - 19 ozs. silver, 14.6% zinc, 12.8% lead and 2.7% copper.
Approximately 1/2 of the intersections were 3.0 - 6.6 m in width. These widths are significant for this type of deposit. As mallgirl posted before, there are many similar deposits in the world being mined with average widths of 2-3 m.
There's always several occurrences of mineralization in these systems. It is highly probable that more zones exist at depth...not only on Silverjack but Nash Creek as well; and zones at depth are usually higher grade.
So, once again we go into a project where the likelihood is quite good to hit high grades over thick intersections. What particularly has me intrigued is the probability of more zones, and at higher grades at depth.
We improved results at our Ont. gold properties over past results, and there's every indication that this could happen again here.
