Book value is book value.  Period.  It is a financial calculation used by millions of people worldwide as one of several starting points for evaluating a stock, starting with a company's financial statements.

What you are trying to do is prescribe a value to Slam's properties and call it book value.  Use some preliminary economic parameters on NC and try to build one, it's called a NPV calculation.

RC would best be valued by trying to plot tonnage and grade into a resource, then multiplying that resource by some assumed market price for MI&I resource ounces.

43-101 reports have nothing to do with what shows on the financials.  What shows on the financials has nothing to do with the economics of a property.  This can best be shown by looking at the financials of any of the diamond wannabe companies.
