Yes, I did mean such a move would be good for the juniors, but longer term of course given the degrees of seperation of such a move.
 I think you are right about defining a resource. Slam doesn't get high marks in that regard, IMO. I thought they would have pushed NC more, but I can see scaling back RC as for the rest, in for a penny ....
