RE:insiders dumping slam shares

RE:insiders dumping slam sharesFlubber's post is an excellent example of selective editing.

Those are in fact 15 insider transactions, however these are not the last 15 insider stock transactions. In fact, the last two actual transactions were two insiders subscribing for 1.6m and 400k, respectively, which occurred in December of 2014 but for some reason are missing--here in February 2015.

Further, Flubber had to ignore a number of substantial purchases in early 2014 (pre-latest rollback), including 400k by Wade and 500k by Mike, so that he could drag out transactions from 2012 (yes, that is correct) for the last five transactions on his list. Which, not coincidently, also bypassed a 1m share purchase by Wade in July 2013.

That sure is a funny way to sort data.

Maybe you should try www.sedi.ca, it's the official repository of insider filings. You should be able to learn how to use it in about the same amount of time it took you to delete the lines of data that you didn't like before you posted this nonsense.
