RE: SXR and DEN no deal, IUC and DENI felt DEN was too much for SXR to swallow at this time but I can see how EMC would be attractive to SXR if they can keep EMC's management/engineering staff intact. They could be the key to getting the soon to be acquired mills in the Western US up-and-running. SXR has its hands pretty well full in South Africa and Australia as is. But we are only at the beginning of consolidation in the U3O8 sector, that's for sure.
