How long to mine R190

How long to mine R190I'm working out some numbers and what I'm starting with is a million tonnes of ore at 12.1% zinc and 6.3% lead for the R190 deposit. So that works out to 270 million pounds of zinc and 140 million pounds of lead. So the first deposit would be mined in roughly a year? What's involved in getting the next deposit going?
