RE: Just read the INAC letter.The "trouble" with some people is that they fail to realize there is a difference btw "reading" something and "understanding" it.
Section 35 is about Aboriginal Rights. The friggin FN SUPPORT the project. The MINISTER supports the project. MVEIRB supports the project. HAY RIVER supports the project.
The reference to Section 35 is boiler plate language that is included in every letter from INAC that deals with Ministerial review.
