RE: This Process...Civil Servants don't give a ratz azz what happens. They don't worry about being fired for incompetence - if competence was a criteria for employment in Government, 98% would be out on their arse tomorrow. The only way to get them to move is to embarrass them. But since they are only a few days behind their own friggin deadline, and the universal knowledge that they are incompetent to start with, nobody even bats an eye at what they've done so far - simply par for the course.
The Minister's approval is a cinch considering FN and local support combined with extremely benign mining plan in a brownfield location.
TAM looks like it's being accumulated by somebody. Somebody has been regularly snapping up shares in a controlled fashion in the last few weeks. With some of the best drill intercepts of any play in recent years, it's little wonder imo. Even when the market is down, TAM seems to hold it's own. Share price is behaving better than many of my juniors.
