i usually like it when insiders buy, but when peggy bought at .095 in december having declared a PP at 0.13, well that kind of wrapped things up for me
0.095 is where this stock is headed, but it wouldn't surprise me if we'll see 0.045 as a 2012 low, this will happen no later than april 30th when Consolidated International Investment Holdings Inc. will begin to dump their 10 million. These guys make money even if they sell below PP price.
Resorting to THE lender of last resort, Consolidated International Investment Holdings Inc., with such proven reserves as management claims proves only one thing:
The only thing that this management has proven during the past 5 years is that it is completely incapable of running a company let alone increase shareholder value.
Get out and stay away.
