Plus, were led to believe the need to expand this insignificant historical resource by spending monies on a totally new adventure, simply doesnt add up.

Im not even sure I even understand whats happening with their plans any longer and I think this is why the lag of investor confidence when its coming to finance.
There trying to convince financiers to build infrastucture, mills, etc .. and in return acknowledge that we have only one permit for R190? Kinda shaky isnt it.
