This is one of the sadest excuses for a pubco I have ever witnessed. My condolensces to the geologists'
and technical staff who eke out an existence there who now find themselves trapped in a Catch-22
situation. Renvest can't take this deal PRIVATE soon enough. It's quite comical to hear the standard blah-
blah-blah on what the money raised will be used for: Just Shut the Front Door!
