Looking at both charts and the fundamentals

I wouldn´t be suprised if TAM took off any time now...

At todays metal prices the net present value of the first 9 years of the PP project is near USD 144 millon after tax, acording to Tamerlane.

Corresponding market capital around USD 20 million FD, but I calculate with stock dilution up to USD 28 million FD after financing (but at today´s stock price, i e 110M shares FD).

Furthermore the NPV rises some 50 % if the metal prices rise just another 10 %.

We have a possible  clear "multibager" in TAM, as in 2007 when TAM rose some 400-500 % at the most,  if the world economy holds on...

Clearifying, I have calculated with 10 M new PP shares for working capital UNTIL the PP project financing in Q4 2011. At that time I presume a financing at 0.50 CAD i.e. another 20 M shares corresponding to new equity of USD 10 million, as stated in the presentation.

Lopam, Where do you think they'll get the other $100 million for Pine Point? My guess is that they issue more than 20 million new shares. Depends on the price of course. With the need for that kind of startup $$, you think they may look at a JV?ALD

I think that with continously good metal prices, implicating a steady growth in world economy,  and the figures Tamerlane has presented there should be a good chance until late next year for M Kent to raise the money hopefully the way they plan to. Anyhow the market value for TAM know is very low if there is a fair chance for them to succeed.Maybe there will be a joint venture instead and ...more
