dilutive & poor timing

what Happened to the focus .. Pine Point and then Peru ??

Mike Willett, CEO of Tamerlane... "Our objective with the Indian Mountain Lake acquisition is to provide Tamerlane's shareholders with future exposure to both base and precious metals,..."

The Company's immediate focus is bringing the 100%-owned Pine Point Project to production. The Company also plans to develop its Los Pinos heap leach copper project in Peru.

W've already spent millions to prove up the already known historical numbers to appease these financiers as they wanted a larger mine life.

Now were spending millions more on a property that will take years for permitting approvals and bringing to an advanced stage. This doesnt make any sense at this time.

What .... was the group or exploration co. we are buying from working the property? ... let it lapse... who s looking at it?

more dilution.... sic

There buying these properties for peanuts in this game and if zinc goes as forecast within the year they could draw value?
Comment by blue_sea on Jan 16, 2012 1:41pm
glory7   no, I doubt that they could draw value of those new aquired properties so fast. Just think about they have to do several drill programms to have at least some accurate figures on the table to market. Actually it's just a waste of time and energy and money. TAM will rise and fall with Pine Point. And I suggest here "fall", because I dread to think what will happen when ...more

Your probably thinking of ROK MOLY. If the price of zinc goes over a dollar things could change very fast but at this price its worth the chance.

Obviously we cant afford it ... Focus on getting a mine operating first is the point Im trying to make. Peanuts.... were drawing on a credit facility, we havent got revenue !! This facility was to be used on the Pine Point property. When Revenue is received, then take a look the "so-called" shareholder interest.. You imply that zinc prices are recovering .... thats great... let the Pine ...more
