Zinc situation today
The demand of zinc is increasing versus the production that is decreasing so the trend actually started to shift. Why the prices of zinc are not going higher? It's because of the economic slowdown in Europe this created in 2011 a considerable surplus of overstocked Zinc. So don'r be surprised that the price of Zinc don't go anywhere for the next few month. Once the overstock is gone and hopefully the economy recovers we will see the prices trending up. Already the US economy is recovering slowely as for Europe I beleive we seen the bottom of it and the only way is up hopefully.

Many deals are going on behind the scene, you don,t wait for the zinc deficit you prepare for it. A little patience will pay multiples, at this price many will be saying should of and could of ? The economies will pick up eventually and fully permitted a JV could put us in play, 2013 is only 11 months away ?
