Tamerlane detailed plan for R190
I found the transcript of the hearing of the water permit since Tamerlane is switching from the vertical shaft method to the decline access so their water permit needed to be amended. In this transcript you will have several key members of Tamerlane detailing among them CEO Mike Willett the plan of how their going to proceed with R190. I must warn it's a long one! But I went thru a large portion of it, and in it they have been asked about the finance and they were 100% positive that their going to get it but NOT at any cost they want something that the company would find reasonable and adequate.
