No clue what happened, but after doubling down yesterday at .17 it's certainly nice to see Also unlike the spikes of the last few months this occured at average volume which gives some confidence that it may be sustainable

Likely related to the updated work plan license approval, as posted earlier, the MVLWB is meeting today and may issue a new 5 year  permit....  If not today, than on March 30, when they meet again.

I called MVLWB, a regulatory officer offered the info and a release will be out today or on Monday

That's wicked good news because if they already got the financing and waiting for the board acceptance out of respect. That mean financing NR could be around the corner.

Is there a precedent for this (waiting for land & water use approval to announce financing) or are you just speculating?

Look at TAM 2008 NR for the permits it came at the same time as they announced a 40MM financing the Ross was CEO we know this didn't fall thru. But think about it the financing is related to the plan  because if the plan change the amount change. And the financing  could be conditional up on the approval of the plan by the board. One more thing they said they will close the financing last June so what happened a lot are asking so financing could be already in the hat. They waited for spring as mentioned finish paper work bam start construction...   They know investors won't wait forever...

The change to the  mine acces was mentioned in a July 6 release, On July 22, Tam submits the application to MVLWB for the approval.  My bet is financing was on hold pending the approval of the access from shaft to ramp.  It appears as though this approval came today...,financing can now follow?

That's what assuming, as I mentioned before Tam presentation on the website mentions Q2 than March one was still Q2. All the signs show it. But I really don't want  to miss lead you, just have a hunch.
