Approval of Workplan

The MVLWB will be notifying the interested parties today that the new work plan has been approved. TAM should come out with their own news shortly after.... I believe that any financing has been on hold pending this approval (see TAM financing NR July 6-11) The access from shaft to ramp was the key ammendment to TAM's workplan, no construction would proceed until this approval was given. The TAM financing was mentioned in a Feb. NR not July, sorry...

Adding to changing the access from shaft to ramp, if you read carefully the loan NR it said the following: "The Company anticipates closing the loan by early summer.
